2 .BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT IN REGULAR
':MEETING ASSEMBEED:
3 That the City Council does hereby declare its intention of
4 :improving the following described property, to-wit:
5 1. A strip of land between the west boundary of Central Ave.
North and the east boundary of Railroad Ave., projected north,
6 :; from the north line of James Street to the north city limits;
7 ·: 2. A parcel of land bwtween the Northern Pacific Railroad Co.;
·right of way and the east line of Railroad Ave., projected north, !

portion of the SEt of the SEi of Section 13, Township 22 North,
Range 4 East, W.M., lying between the east line of Central Avenue
and the west line of State Street, projected north.

and in easements across and in the streets and alleys abutting
said property, and by doing such other work as may be necessary
in connection with said sewerage system, all in accordance with
plans and specifications to be prepared by the City Engineer and
to be approved by the City Council.

31 BE IT FURTHEn RESOLVED that all persons who may desire to
object to said improvement are hereby notified to appear and

1 present such obJections at a meeting of the City Council to be
held in the Council Chambers, in the City Ball of the City of
2 Kent, at 8 o•elock P.M. on the 6th. day ot Karch, 1950, which
time and place are hereby fixed for the hearing on all matters
3 relating to said t.proTeaent, and all objections thereto, and for
•termining the method of payment of the same.
