A RESOLUTION of the City of Kent, Washington,
amending Section 2of Resolution No. 604 (September
3, 1968), to increase the acrea~ to be acquired
from 34 acres to approximately 46.55 acres.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, IN A
REGULAR MEETING, DULY ASSEMBLED, RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 2 of Kent Resolution No. 604 (passed
the 3rd day of September, 1968) which reads as follows:
"That any fund assistance so received be used
in the acquisition of thir"SY-four (34) acres of
land at Lake Fenwick, withm the CJ.ty of Rent,
Washington;"
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"That any fund assistance so received be used
in the acquisition of approximately 46.55 acres
of land at Lake Fenwick within the City of Kent,
Washington. 11
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Kent,
Washington, at its regular meeting held December 16, 1968• and
·\signed and approved by the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of
