RESOLUTION NO. 6·-::iJ
WHEREAS, PASQUALE PICARDO, JR., who is identical with
PAT PICARDO, JR., and HEDWICKA PICARDO, who ~s identical with I

HEDDIE PICARDO, his wife, have offered to grant, bargain, sell, I
convey and confirm to the City of Kent, Washingto~1 £R easements .1
over their said real property,hereinafter more fully described, I
to be utilized by the City of Kent as a means of ingress and '
egress to and from property of the City of Kent located to the

southvof the said described real property and as a means of
installing, repairing, maintaining and replacing utility lines,
including water and sewer lines, to serve said property and
surrounding property, and
WHEREAS, after study, deliberation and negotiation the
City Council of the City of Kent has found that the purchase
of said easement rights for said purposes for the total sum

of ~i,~~ ~s for a fair price, is for a proper municipal
purpose, and is ~n the best interests of the health and welfare
of the citizens of the City of Kent.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Kent in a regular meeting assembled that the Mayor
and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and instructed to
purchase aft easementsacross the following described real prop-
erty from PASQUALE PICARDO, JR., who is identical with PAT
PICARDO, JR., and HEDWICKA PICARDO, who is identical with
HEDDIE PICARDO, his wife, for the sum of $1,253.38, to be paid

RESOLVED that all acts of the Mayor and the City Clerk
previously taken to consumate said purchase within the terms
as set forth herein are hereby ratified, and be it further
RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk shall pay
the necessary costs incurred in consumating said purchase

RESOLVED, that the legal description of said easement~
located in the County of King, State of Washington is as
follows:
The west 30 feet of the Southeast quarter of the
Northeast quarter of Section 11, Township 22
North, Range 4 East, W.M.
The South 30 feet for temporary construction
purposes and the South 20 feet for permanent
easement of the Southeast quarter of the North-
east quarter of Section 11, Township 22 North
Range 4, East W. M. · -
and be it further,
