City of Kent an ordinance declaring an emergency, making an appro-
priation, and providing for the issuance of warrants for the
sewer fund,expense, and for the water fund, capital outlay, of
the City of Kent;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF KENT in regular meeting assembled: RM
That Monday,the 16th day of July, 1962, at 8:00 o'clock, is
fixed as the time, and the Council Chambers of the City Hall of
the City of Kent is fixed as the place,for public hearing upon
said ordinance, and all persons desiring to be heard thereon
are required then and there to be present.
BE IT FURTHBR RESOLVED that the City Clerk cause said Ordinance
and Notice of Hearing thereon to be published in the Kent News -
Journal at least once before said hearing.
PASSED by the City Council the 2nd day of July, 1962. ---t24~
