RESOLUTION NO. _!j_§ f -A
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Kent desires
to initiate vacation proceedings upon the street hereinafter
described, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 156, Session
Laws of 1957 (R.C.W. Chapter 35.79) and,
WHEREAS, the street sought to be vacated is described as
follows; to-wit:

IT IS THEREFORE RESOLVED that Monday, 17th day of October,
1960, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.Mo, is hereby fixed as the
time and the Council Chambers of the City of Kent is hereby
fixed as the place, for hearing upon this p~bposed vacation,
and all persons interested are requested then and there to be
present and to state their objections, if any they have, to
the granting of said petition.
