RESOLtiJUliON
WHEREAS, the owners of all of the property abutting upon
the streets and alleys hereinafter described have petitioned the
City Council of the CitY of Kent for the vacation of said streets and
alleys, and
WHEREAS, the streets and alleys sought to be vacated are
described as follows, to-wit:
The east 95.0 feet of alley in Block 30;
Tilden Ave from North line of Maple Street to its North
terminus at Walnut Street; Walnut Street from Center line
of Lincoln Ave. to Tilden Avenue; The north 124.25 feet
of Lincoln Ave. lying Bouth of the South line of Walnut
Street, and the South 124.25 feet of Lincoln Ave. lying
North of the North line of Maple Street, situate between
Blocks 29 and 30; all in Washington Central Improvement
Co's Knob Hill Addition to Kent, as recorded in Volume 5
of Plats, page 97, records of King County, Washington.
It is THEREFORE RESOLVED that Monday, the lst day of August,
1960, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock p.m. is hereby fixed as the
time, and the Council Chambers of the City Hall of the City of
Kent is hereby fixed as the place, for hearings upon said petitio ,
and all persons interested are required then and there to be
present to state their objections, if any they have, to the
granting of said petition.
