A RESOLUTION of the City Council of
the City of Kent, Washington regarding
the vacation of certain streets or por-
tions thereof in Green Valley Heights #6,
a platted area of the City of Kent.
WHEREAS, as part of the Reith Road improvement proj-
ect the City of Kent has by contract agreed to vacate portions
of South 253rd Street, 44th Avenue South, and an unnamed cul-
de-sac, all dedicated streets in the City of Kent, described
in Exhibits A, B and C, attached hereto and by reference made
a part hereof as if fully set forth herein, NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON DO
HEREBY RESOLVE:
Section 1. That the hearing on the aforesaid vaca-
tion shall be at a Regular Meeting of the Kent City Council
to be held at 8:00 p.m. July 19, 1976 in the Council Chambers
Kent City Hall, Kent, Washington.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall give proper notice
of the hearing and cause the notice to be posted as provided
by law.
Section 3. The City Attorney shall obtain the nec-
essary written approval or rejection of Water, Sewer and Street
Departments and shall transmit said information to the City
Council so the matter can be considered by the City Council at
the Regular Meeting of July 19, 1976.
PASSED at a Regular Meeting of the Kent City Council
this 21st day of June, 1976.

60, records of King County, Washington more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 22 in said plat being the

true point of beginning of property herein described; thence south 89
10' 32" east a distance of 14.63 feet; thence south 16°28 1 46'' west a
distance of 55.71 feet to a point on the east line of said lot; thence
north 1°15'19'' east along the east line thereof a distance of 53.64 feet
to the true point of beginning.
Containing 392.34 square feet.

That portion of that certain unnamed cul-de-sac as dedicated and
adjoining 44th Avenue S in the Plat of Green Valley Heights #6 as
recorded in Volume 85 of Plats, Pages 56 and 60, records of King County,
Washington, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 22 in said plat, thence
south 89°10'32 11 east a distance of 14.6:5 feet; thence south 16°28'<16"
west a distance of 89.68 feet to a point on a curve being the true
point of beginning of property herein described; thence on a curve to
the right with a radius of 20 feet, an arc length of 11.74 feet to a
point of tangency; thence north 38°44'41" west a distance of 20 feet to
a point of curvature; thence on a curve to the left with a radius of
4S feet, an arc distance of 141.37 feet to a point of tangency; thence
south 83°44'41 11 east a distance of 5.67 feet; thence north 16°28.'4611

County, Washington.
Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 22 within said plat; thence
south 89°10'32" east a distance of 14.63 feet; thence south 16°23'46" west
a distance of 459.33 feet to a point of curvature; thence on a curve to
the right with a radius of 683.20 feet, an arc distance of 83.94 feet to
the true point of beginning of property herein described; thence continuing
on said curve to the right an arc distance of 7.41 feet to a point of tan-
gency; thence south 74°58'56'' west a distance of 14.14 feet; thence north
60°01'04" west a distance of 12.37 feet; thence on a curve to the left with a
radius of 180 feet, an arc distance of 58.81 feet to a point on the south
line of Lot 32 in said plat; thence easterly along the south line thereof and
the south line of Lot 31 in said plat to the true point of beginning.
Containing 435.50 square feet.
