A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the
City of Kent, Washington, relating to the
Regional Water Association of South King
County; approving an Interlocal Funding
Agreement between the City of Kent and the
Regional water Association of South King County
concerning funding of the south King County
Coordinated Water System Plan, and related
projects.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Interlocal Funding Agreement between the
City and the Regional Water Association of South King County,
attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference,
concerning the funding for the south King County Coordinated Water
System Plan, Ground Water Management Plan, and the United States
Geodetic survey Ground Water Study, be and it is hereby approved.
Section 2. The Mayor is authorized to execute Interlocal
Funding Agreement on behalf of the City of Kent.
