WHEREAS, Councilmember LEN McCAUGHAN, will conclude his
term of office on January 1, 1982, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Counci 1 of the City of Kent
on their own behalf and on behalf of the Citizens of the City of
Kent wish to acknowledge the contributions of LEN McCAUGHAN to the
City of Kent and its Citizens, and to commend him for the energy,
sincerity and honest dedication with which he approached his
duties and responsibilities as a Kent City Councilmember, NOW,
THEREFORE, be it
RESOLVED that the Citizens of the City of Kent,
Washington, by and through their Mayor and City Council do
herewith extend to LEN McCAUGHAN their thanks and appreciation for
his sincere and dedicated efforts on their behalf during his term
of office as Kent City Councilmember.
