A RESOLUTION of the City of Kent,
Washington, relating to utility billing rate
adjustments and modifications.
WHEREAS, the city of Kent has studied the impact of
adjustments to rates and the need to make rate adjustments to fees
regarding water, sewer and drainage fees; and
WHEREAS, as a result of such study, City staff has
recommended modifications to water, sewer and storm drainage fees
by making both increases and decreases to these fees; NOW,
THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.

The public hearing on the proposed rate
sewer and drainage fees shall be held at a
Kent City Council at 7 p.m. on February 18,
Chambers of the Kent city Hall, Kent,
Section 2. The City Clerk shall give proper notice of
the hearing and cause notice to be posted as provided by law.
