The meeting was called to order by Chair Leona Orr at 5:05 PM.
Presentation of Mayor's Proposed 2001 Budget
Mayor Jim White presented his proposed 2001 budget. (Please refer to the 2001 Preliminary
Budget for full proposed budget and speech.) Chief Administrative Officer Brent McFall said
the budget would be presented at the incoming Operations Committee meeting in December and
would be adopted at the December 12` Council meeting. Finance Director May Miller discussed
pie charts and graphs and went over budget revenue figures and expenditures.
The meeting adjourned at 6:14 PM.
