September 6, 2011
Council members Present: Albertson, Harmon, Higgins, Raplee, and Thomas
The special meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. by Council President Pro
Tem Ranniger.
Transportation Master Plan. The members of the Transportation Master Plan
Citizen's Committee introduced themselves, and Leader Mike Miller gave a
report on their work, including their recommendation,
Committee members then answered questions from Council members, and a
discussion of topics such as a bond issue and a car tab fee were discussed.
The meeting adjourned at 6:10 p.m.
