Boardmembers Present : Mayor White, Sam Grubbs, Al Bond,
Brenda Jacober
Others Present : John Hillman, Brigitte Hoopes

Mayor White called the meeting to order at 3 : 13 p .m.
Aonroval of Minutes . Grubbs moved to approve the minutes
of the May 2 , 2000 meeting. Bond seconded and the motion
carried.
Approval of April Financial Transactions Hillman
distributed copies of the April financial transactions .
Bond moved to accept the financial report . Jacober
seconded and the motion carried.
Other Business - Actuarial Study. Hillman provided the
Firefighters and the City Clerk a letter of certification
from Milliman & Robertson, Inc . regarding the actuarial
study. Grubbs said he has reviewed the letter.
Other Business - New Rates. Hoopes noted that the CPI
salary changes were calculated at 3 . 1% .
Other Business - Election. Jacober announced that Sam
Grubbs was re-elected to the Board for a two-year term.
Grubbs said he will announce the alternate later.
Adjournment. The meeting adjourned at 3 : 17 p.m.
