Boardmembers Present : Mayor White, Sam Grubbs, Al Bond,
Brenda Jacober, Gene Grenstad
Others Present : John Hillman
Mayor White called the meeting to order at 3 : 08 p .m.
Aooroval of Minutes. Grubbs moved to approve the minutes
of the June 6, 2000 meeting. Bond seconded and the motion
carried.
Approval of May Financial Transactions Hillman
distributed copies of the May financial transactions, and
noted that there has been very little change . He stated
that $300 , 000 in Fannie Mae was purchased due to a better
interest rate than the state pool, and that the fire
insurance premium tax has been received and included in the
report . Grubbs moved to accept the financial report . Bond
seconded and the motion carried.
Other Business - Election. Grubbs announced that Gene
Grenstad will continue to serve as the alternate
Boardmember.
Adjournment. The meeting adjourned at 3 : 13 p.m.
