Boardmembers Present : Sam Grubbs, Gene Grenstad,
Brenda Jacober

Grubbs called the meeting to order at 3 : 01 p.m.
Approval of Minutes. Grenstad moved to approve the minutes
of the July 5 , 2000 meeting. Jacober seconded and the
motion carried.

Approval of Aaa} Financial Transactions . Hillman
distributed copies of the June financial transactions, and
noted that there has been a net income of $43 , 000 due
mostly to the increase in the current market value of
investments . He added that $15, 683 of it is from the fire
insurance premium tax. Grenstad moved to accept the June
financial report . Jacober seconded and the motion carried. _
Other Business . It was noted that Bryant ' s question on
health care coverage has been answered.
Adjournment . The meeting adjourned at 3 : 06 p.m.
