Grubbs called the meeting to order at 3 : 05 p.m.
A roval of Minute Grubbs moved to approve the minutes
pp s. PP
of the August 1, 2000 meeting. Jacober seconded and the
motion carried.
Approval of July Financial Transactions. Hillman
distributed copies of the July financial transactions, and
noted that there have been no major changes . He added that
last month was up $22 , 000 due to the fair market value.
Grubbs moved to accept the July financial report . Grenstad
seconded and the motion carried.
Other Business. Hillman suggested having the investment
person attend either the October or November meeting with
recommendations for investing funds which will mature in
November. All agreed.
Adjournment. The meeting adjourned at 3 : 10 p.m.
