� � A meeting of the Kent Firemen's Pension Board was called to order at 10:00
a.m. by Chairman Alex Thornton. Board members present: Marie Jensen, Don
Bridge, James 3mni | and M. L. Armstrong.

The Firemen's Pwoo!un Board mot today ;or the express purpose of Making some
determination regarding the disposition of payroll records of Alvin Simms.
At this time the board finds Simms disabled and uonb |o to perform his regularly
` assigned duties as a Firemon. The board hereby informs Fireman Simms that on
of November /7th, he will be retired on half—pay disability. November |7th
marks the end of his six months disability period. In on much as we have not
- been able to secure o definite answer from the attending physician regarding
whether or not this disability could have been caused while performing the
regular duties, the board will consider this case again when the final physical
examinations have been cmnp|ntod^
