was given for the City Treasurer to invest at the best rates ,

to send a .letter to Fireman Alvin Simms , requesting that he
comply with Firefighters Pension Law, Section 0.13.090 by
" having a physical examination by his regular physician at the
Seattle Group Health Clinic .
