October 23, 1984
The meeting was called to order at 4 : 10 p.m. by Mayor
Isabel Hogan. Present: Board Menb'ers Mayor Hogan,
Chief Berg, Assistant Fire Marshall Higgins, Council-
member Tim Leahy, City Clerk Marie Jensen. Also present:
City Treasurer Margaret Drotz and City Attorney Steve
DiJulio.
The attached explanation of the purpose of the meeting
was distributed prior to the meeting. Jensen explained
the process and Drotz answered questions on the various
investments of the fund.
Higgins moved to approve the expenditures from the
Firemans Relief and Pension funds retroactive to
April , 1984 in the following amounts :
Don Bridge $60 . 56 per month
James Smail $15. 90 per month
Berg seconded. Motion carried.
The meeting was adjourned at 4 : 25 p.m.
