Boardmembers Present: Berg, Grenstad, Jacober, Johnson (arrived
at 9 : 10) . Others Present: Don Fronsdahl, Laurie Murray, John
Hillman
APDroyal of Minutes. Berg moved to accept the minutes of the
meeting of September 6, 1995. Grenstad seconded and the motion
carried.
Approval of Financial Transactions. Murray distributed copies of
the August and September financial transactions and pointed out
what type of information is included. There were no questions
and Grenstad moved to accept the two financial reports . Berg
seconded and the motion carried.
Investment Policy. Hillman explained that the City Council has
adopted an investment policy, subject to change, and that the
City had never had one before. He noted that the policy complies
with State standards, and that a committee has been established
to review the investments. Murray added that the policy ensures
that funds are invested safely.
Adjournment. There was no further business and Grenstad moved to
adjourn at 9 : 12 a.m. Berg seconded and the motion carried.
