A special meeting of the Firemen's Relief & Pension Board was
called to order by Mayor White at 11: 05 a.m. Boardmembers White,
Berg, Grenstad and Jacober were in attendance, as well as
Assistant Finance Director Hillman. The Mayor noted that the
purpose of the meeting is to address a request from the Phoenix
Series Fund for a proxy containing several proposals.
John Hillman reviewed the request and recommended approval.
Berg moved to approve the proposals and authorize the Mayor to
sign the proxy. Grenstad seconded and the motion carried.
The meeting then adjourned.
