Firemens Relief & Pension Board
August 7, 1996
Present: Boardmembers: Mayor White, Jon Johnson, Sam Grubbs,
Brenda Jacober
Others: Laurie Murray
The meeting was called to order at 4: 10 p.m.
Approval of Minutes. Grubbs moved to approve the minutes of the
July 3, 1996, meeting. Johnson seconded and the motion carried.
Approval of Financial Transactions. Murray noted that June cash
and investments were consistent, and that revenue was as
expected. She pointed out that a new sheet was included in the
packet which compares June 1995 and June 1996 figures. Johnson
moved to approve the June financial transactions. Grubbs
seconded and the motion carried.
Actuarial Study. Murray presented a bill from Milliman &
Robertson, Inc. in the amount of $283 . 75 for Karen Steffan's
consulting time regarding the actuarial study. Johnson moved to
approve payment of the bill. Grubbs seconded and the motion
carried.
Adjournment. There was no further business and the meeting
adjourned at 4: 15 p.m.
