Present: Boardmembers Johnson, Grenstad, Grubbs and Jacober.

Present: John Hillman, Brigitte Hoopes
Johnson called the meeting to order at 4: 05 p.m.
Approval of Minutes. Grubbs moved to approve the minutes of the
meeting of August 7, 1996. Grenstad seconded and the motion
carried.
Approval of Financial Transactions. Hillman noted that the
financial transactions do not indicate much change from last
month. Grenstad moved to approve them, Grubbs seconded and the
motion carried.
Salary Changes. Hoopes distributed April 1996 Salary Changes
showing recovery payments from Gale Randall and Sid Mickelson.
She said that she has not heard from Darrell Orndorff, although
he has been billed. It was agreed that another notice be sent to
him.
Adjournment. There was no further business and the meeting
adjourned at 4 : 10 p.m.
