Boardmembers Present: Jon Johnson, Gene Grenstad, Sam Grubbs,
Brenda Jacober
Others Present: Laurie Murray of the Finance Department
Johnson called the meeting to order at 9: 00 a.m.
Approval of Minutes. Grenstad moved to approve the minutes of
the meeting of August 6, 1997 . Grubbs seconded and the motion
carried.
Approval of Financial Transactions. Murray pointed out that
financial information for June and July has been provided, and
that the fund balance has increased by approximately $3 , 000 since
12-31-96 . She added that the Washington Mutual Investors Fund is
doing very well. Grubbs moved to accept the financial reports.
Grenstad seconded and the motion carried.
Other Business. There was no other business to come before the
Board.
Adjournment. Grenstad moved to adjourn at 9 : 15 a.m. Grubbs
seconded and the motion carried.
