The meeting was called to order at 9: 10 a.m.
Approval of Minutes. Berg moved to approve the minutes of the
October 1, 1997 , meeting. Grenstad seconded and the motion
carried.
Approval of Financial Transactions. Murray outlined the informa-
tion provided and explained that a policy is used to select
investments, as well as direction from the Board. She added that
Susan Narick is very knowledgeable about investments and that she
will be attending these meetings in the future.
Berg moved to approve the September financial transactions.
Grenstad seconded and the motion carried.
Other Business. Murray noted that Celestine Bridge passed away
on September 4, 1997 . She also noted that Brigitte Hoopes would
be glad to answer any questions regarding financial increases.
Adjournment. There was no further business to come before the
Board and the meeting adjourned at 9: 15 a.m.
