Boardmembers Present : Judy Woods, Sam Grubbs,
Brenda Jacober
Others Present : John Hillman, Brigitte Hoopes
Woods called the meeting to order at 4 : 00 p .m.
Approval of Minutes. Grubbs moved to approve the minutes
of the meeting of July 14 , 1998 . Woods seconded and the
motion carried.
Approval of Financial Transactions. Hillman distributed a
revised set of financial documents and explained that the
market value of the investments and a graph have been
added. He stated that there are very few changes from last
month. Grubbs moved to approve the financial report .
Woods seconded and the motion carried.
CPI Increases . Hoopes noted that the payroll changes
were inadvertently not made, but will appear on the next
payroll .
Adjournment. The meeting adjourned at 4 : 05 p.m.
