Mayor White called the meeting to order at 4 : 00 p.m.
Approval of Minutes . Grenstad moved to approve the minutes
of the meeting of October 13 , 1998 . Woods seconded and the
motion carried.
Approval of September Financial Transactions . Hillman
noted that the total fair market value is $3 , 297 , 510 . 61,
which is an increase of $749, 312 . 64 . WOODS MOVED to
approve the September financial transactions . Grenstad
seconded and the motion carried.
Adjournment. There was no other business and the meeting
adjourned at 4 : 05 p.m.
