Boardmembers Present : Mayor White, Mary Berg, Sam Grubbs

Others Present : John Hillman, Brigitte Hoopes
Mayor White called the meeting to order at 4 : 07 p.m.
Approval of Minutes . Grubbs moved to approve the minutes of the
meeting of November 10, 1998 . Berg seconded and the motion
carried.
Approval of October Financial Transactions . Hillman noted that
there was a 5% increase in mutual funds last month, and that
there has not been much other activity. Berg moved to accept
the October financial transactions . Grubbs seconded and the
motion carried.
Adjournment. There was no other business and the meeting
adjourned at 4 : 11 p.m.
