Boardmembers Present : Mayor White, Mary Berg, Sam Grubbs,
Alternate Gene Grenstad, Brenda

Others Present : John Hillman, Brigitte Hoopes
Mayor White called the meeting to order at 4 : 10 p .m.
Approval of Minutes . Berg moved to approve the minutes of
the meeting of January 12 , 1999 . Grubbs seconded and the
motion carried.
Approval of December Financial Transactions . Hillman
distributed copies of December figures, noting some healty
returns and an average increase in investments of 320 . Berg
moved to accept the December financial transactions .
Grubbs seconded and the motion carried.
Other Business . Hillman agreed to determine whether an
update of the actuarial study is necessary.
Adjournment. The meeting adjourned at 4 : 13 p.m.
