Firemen' s Relief & Pension Board

Boardmembers Present : Judy Woods, Sam Grubbs, Alternate

Woods called the meeting to order at 3 : 03 p.m.
Approval of Minutes. Grubbs moved to approve the minutes
of September 7 , 1999 . Grenstad seconded and the motion
carried.
Approval of August Financial Transactions . Hillman
distributed copies of the August financial report and said
there has not been much change from last month. He noted
that the market value went down in investments by about
$24 , 000 from July to August due to interest rate
fluctuation. He added that all the investments had been
sold and reinvested. Grubbs moved to approve the August
financial transactions . Grenstad seconded and the motion
carried.
Adjournment. The meeting adjourned at 3 : 06 p.m.
