Boardmembers Present : Mayor White, Judy Woods , Sam Grubbs ,

The Mayor called the meeting to order at 3 : 00 p.m.
Approval of Minutes. Woods moved to approve the minutes of
December 7, 1999 . Grubbs seconded and the motion carried.
Approval of November Financial Transactions Hillman
distributed copies of the November financial report and
noted that there has not been much change from the prior
month. After review, Grubbs moved to approve the financial
report . Bond seconded and the motion carried.
Actuarial Study - Added Other Business Item. Hillman noted
that a letter has been sent out regarding an actuarial
study, but a response has not yet been received.
Adjournment. The meeting adjourned at 3 : 10 p.m.
