Boardmembers Present : Mayor White, Sam Grubbs, Brenda

Others Present : John Hillman, Brigitte Hoopes
Mayor White called the meeting to order at 3 : 11 p.m.
Approval of Minutes. Grubbs moved to approve the minutes
of the February 1 , 2000 meeting . Jacober seconded and the
motion carried.
Approval of January Financial Transactions . Hillman
distributed copies of the January financial transactions
and noted that there was very little activity in January,
and that investments are up slightly. Grubbs moved to
approve the January financial transactions . Jacober
seconded and the motion carried.
Other Business - December Financial Transactions. Hillman
provided a copy of the December 1999 Financial Report as of
March 7 , 2000, for the record.
Other Business - Retros . Hoopes noted that she has
received comments regarding the retro calculations, and she
and Hillman spoke in favor of having a systematic way to
review them. Grubbs suggested that Hoopes show him and
Bond how to do the calculations, so that they could review
them in the future . All agreed.
Adjournment. The meeting adjourned at 3 : 16 p.m.
