Firemen's Relief & Pension Board
October 3, 2000
Boardmembers Present: Sam Grubbs, Gene Grenstad,
Donna Swaw, Acting City Clerk
Others Present: John Hillman
Grubbs called the meeting to order at 3:05 p.m.
Approval of Minutes. Grenstad moved to approve the minutes of the
September 5, 2000 meeting. Grubbs seconded and the motion carried.
Approval of August Financial Transactions. Hillman noted that the market
values went up slightly this last month. Grenstad moved to approve the August
financial transactions. Grubbs seconded and the motion carried.
Other Business. Hillman noted that Paula Barry will be present to discuss
investments at the November meeting. He noted that the investments become
due in the middle of November and that Paula will make some recommendations
for reinvestment. He also noted that Paula will give an investment report for the
year.
Adiournment. The meeting adjourned at 3:10 p.m.
