The meeting was called to order at 3 : 15 p.m.
Approval of Minutes. Yingling moved to approve the minutes
of the November 7, 2000, meeting. Jacober seconded and the
motion carried.
Approval of October Financial Transactions. Hillman
distributed copies of the October financial transactions
and noted that there has been an increase due to investment
activity and that it is up by about $45, 000 this month. He
added that the retained earnings are well above what is
needed. Yingling moved to approve the October financial
transactions . Jacober seconded and the motion carried.
City Clerk Absence Procedure . Jacober noted that no
response has been received from the Law Department
regarding whether the Deputy City Clerk is considered part
of a quorum and has a vote . She agreed to follow up and
report back at the next meeting.
Adjournment. The meeting adjourned at 3 : 20 p .m.
