Boardmembers Present : Mayor White, Al Bond, Sam Grubbs,
Brenda Jacober
Others Present : Brigitte Hoopes, John Hillman
The meeting was called to order at 3 : 01 p.m.
Approval of Minutes. Grubbs moved to approve the minutes
of the December 5, 2000, meeting. Bond seconded and the
motion carried.
Approval of November Financial Transactions. Hillman
distributed copies of the November financial transactions
and noted expenses of $17, 000 and income of $48, 000, and
that the fund is up $180, 000 over last year. Grubbs moved
to approve the November financial transactions . Bond
seconded and the motion carried.
City Clerk Absence Procedure . Jacober noted that when the
City Clerk cannot attend a Board meeting, the Deputy City
Clerk can attend to take notes, but is not counted in a
quorum and cannot vote . >
Adjournment. The meeting adjourned at 3 : 06 p.m.
