Board Members Present: Judy Woods, Al Bond, Sam Grubbs, Brenda Jacober
Others Present: Brigitte Hoopes, Bonnie Fell, Gene Grenstad,
Don Fronsdahl, Gary Tilley, Ery Fleming
Councilmember Judy Woods called the meeting to order at 3:30 p.m.
Approval of Minutes. Grubbs moved to accept the minutes of the meetings of July 1 ,
2003, as presented. Bond seconded and the motion carried.
Approval of June, July and August Financial Transactions. Copies of the financial
transactions for June, July and August 2003 were distributed. Fell mentioned that on
the July 31 statement of Revenues, Expenses and Changes in Earnings a decrease in
the fair value of the investments of $125,000 caused a significant decrease. Grubbs
moved to accept the financial transactions. Bond seconded and the motion carried.
Legal Opinion on Future Board Vacancies — Information Only. Jacober noted that if
there are no firefighters to serve on the Board, there still would be a quorum of three
members consisting of the Mayor, City Clerk and Operations Committee Chair.
Other Business. There was no other business.
Adjournment. Bond moved to adjourn. Grubbs seconded and the meeting adjourned
at 3:35 p.m.
