Chief Bond called the meeting to order at 3:45 p.m.
Approval of Minutes. Bond moved to accept the minutes of the meeting of October
7, 2003. Jacober seconded and the motion carried.
Approval of September, October and November 2003 Financial Transactions.
It was decided to hold this item over to the next meeting, since the financial report is
not available and no one from Finance is in attendance. Bond noted that if anything
critical arises, a special meeting can be called.
Approval of Funeral Expenses. Bond moved to approve payment of funeral
expenses for Dutch Randall, as called for in RCW 41.18.140. Jacober seconded and the
motion carried.
Other Business. Copies of a memo relating to LEOFF-2 rates were distributed for
information only.
Adiournment. Bond moved to adjourn at 3:47 p.m. Jacober seconded and the
motion carried.
