Board Members Present: Sam Grubbs, Gene Grenstad, Brenda Jacober
Others Present: Bonnie Fell, Brigitte Hoopes
Grubbs called the meeting to order at 3:33 p.m.
Minutes of Previous Meeting. Grenstad moved to accept the minutes of
July 5, 2005, as presented. Jacober seconded and the motion carried.
Financial Transactions. Fell distributed copies of the monthly financial reports
for June, July and August 2005. She explained the reports and noted that the
net income as of August 31, 2005, is $4,700. She noted that there has been
fluctuation due to a drop in the fair market value, but that expenses and
revenues continually match up and the fund is holding it's own.
Grenstad moved to approve the financial transactions. Jacober seconded and
the motion carried.
Other Business. There was no further business.
Adiournment. At 3:40 Grenstad moved to adjourn. Jacober seconded and
the motion carried.
