NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
JUNE 11, 2012
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Kent Land Use and Planning
Board will hold a Public Hearing on MONDAY, JUNE 11, 2012 at 7:00 P.M. in
City Council Chambers, 220 S. Fourth Avenue, Kent, WA 98032.
The Hearing Agenda will include the following item(s):
1. jZCA-2012-11 Kent City Code (KCC) Chapters 15.02, 15.05 & 15.07
Consideration of proposed amendments specific to KCC Chapter
15.05 Off-Street Parking and Loading Requirements Code;
amendment to KCC Chapter 15.07.040.A related to parking
maneuvering and loading area landscaping; and addition of KCC
Chapter 15.02.331 definition for permeable surface.
2. fCPA-2008-3 (R1)] 2011 Water System Plan
Consideration of proposed amendments to draft 2008
Comprehensive Water System Plan based on comments received
from neighboring purveyors, various water jurisdictions, King
County, and the Washington State Department of Health (DOH).
Any person wishing to submit oral or written comments on these proposals
may do so prior to the hearing or at the hearing or by email to (1) Katie Graves

The public is invited to attend and all interested persons will have an
opportunity to speak.
