This is to notify you that the Land Use and Planning Board will hold a Workshop on
MONDAY, NOVEMBER 8, 2010, in Kent City Hall, City Council Chambers at 7:00 p.m.
No public testimony is taken at workshops, although the public is welcome to attend. The
workshop agenda will include the following item(s):
1. Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) and (Charlene Anderson)
Midway Subarea Planned Action Ordinance
Discussion of key elements of DEIS as they relate to the Midway Subarea.
2. CPA-2007-4 Capital Facility Projects (Midway) (Gloria Gould-Wessen)
Discussion of the potential capital facility projects within the Midway Subarea, their
estimated costs, and a strategy to complete the infrastructure.
