This is to inform you that the scheduled meeting of the Kent Board
of Adjustment will take place on Monday, April 4, 1994 at 7 p.m. in
Chambers West, City Hall.

6. Variances:
SEA TAC TRANSMISSION -- #V-94-1 (FS)
Variance from Section 15.04.140(E)(5) which requires a 20 -foot
rear yard setback when a commercial development abuts a
residential district. The accessory parts storage building
would intrude into the 20 -foot rear yard setback area.
LAUKALA VIEW VARIANCE -- #y-94-2
Variance from Section 15.08.060(B) (2) (a) which requires a
building height of 12 feet instead of the 15 feet above street
grade that is needed.
