EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING
DECEMBER 10, 1968
The meeting was called to order by Jan Klippert, in
absense of Gordon Hall , President, at 7:30 A.M.
The minutes were approved as received. The agenda for
the forth coming general meeting of December 19, 1968
was also approved for mailing.
Mr. Gene Williams, Chairman of the Personnel Committee,
gave the committee' s report for selecting a Consulting
Coordinator . Three names were presented to the Exe-
cutive Committee for selection, subject to completion
of reference checking. The new Coordinator would begin
working for the Valley Regional Planning Commission on
January 2, 1969. An announcement of selection will be
made at the December 19th meeting.
Mr. Gordon Gould gave a report of the progress of the
seminar. A list of speakers are being compiled for
all of the sessions. Within the next week a complete
list will probably be complete. A flyer will be sent
out by the Green River Community College sometime
after the 16th of December, to announce the program
for the seminar. There will be a pre-registration
form attached.
Mr. Klippert announced the six Legislators of the
Valley area will be available for the general meeting
December 19, 1968 in the Renton City Hall Council
Chambers. The meeting will begin at 7:30 P.M.
There is no Executive Committee meeting scheduled for
the morning of December 17th, because of the General
Meeting on the 19th.
