Call to Order 2. Roll Call 3. Approval of Planning Commission Minutes 4. Added Items to Agenda 5. Communications 6. Notice of Upcoming Meetings 7. #ZCA-95-2 and #SCA-95-1 Cluster Housing and Related Development Techniques. Potential amendments to the Zoning and Subdivision Codes modifying development standards of single family residential districts.
