This is to notify you that a scheduled Planning Commission public hearing will be held on
Monday, June 26, 1995 in the Kent City Hall, City Council Chambers West at 7:00 p.m.
The agenda will include the following items:

6. Notice of Upcoming Meetings
7. #ZCA-95-2 and #SCA-95-1 Cluster Housing and Related Development Techniques.
Potential amendments to the Zoning and Subdivision Codes modifying development
standards of single family residential districts. This is the first phase of single family
code provisions which allow cluster development. (Linda Phillips)
#ZCA-95-3 Accessory yHousin, Ordinance. Potential amendments to the Zoning Code to

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Kent Planning Commission will hold a public
hearing to consider the following:
#ZCA-95-2 AND #SCA-95-1 CLUSTER HOUSING AND RELATED DEVELOPMENT
TECHNIQUES. Potential amendment to the Zoning Code and Sub Division Codes modifying
development standards of single family residential districts. This is the first phase of single
family code provisions which allow cluster development.
#ZCA-95-3 ACCESSORY HOUSING. Potential amendments to the Zoning Code to permit
accessory housing units.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Planning Commission will hold the public
hearing on Monday, June 26, 1995 at 7:00 p.m. in Chambers West of Kent City Hall, 220 4th
Avenue S, Kent, WA. All interested persons are requested to be present. For further
