7. #ZCA-95-4, MA, INDUSTRIAL AGRICULTURAL, ZONING DISTRICT CHANGE. A
proposed amendment to the Kent Zoning Code, Title 15, and the Recreational Vehicle Park Code,
Chapter 12.06, to allow recreational vehicle parks in the MA, Industrial Agricultural, zoning
district.
#ZCA-95-3 ACCESSORY HOUSING ORDINANCE. Potential amendments to the Zoning Code
to permit accessory housing units in single and multifamily residential zones. - (Betsy Czark)
