NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
CITY OF KENT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
At the request of the Chairman, a special meeting of the
Board of Directors of the City of Kent Economic Development
Corporation will be held at 6 :30 p.m. on Monday, December 2 ,
1985, in the Second' Floor Conference Room, Kent City Hall,
220 Fourth Avenue South, Kent, Washington. The purpose
of this special meeting is to consider the following items
of business:
1. To consider the Bond Resolution for Colonial Cedar.
2. To consider the Bond Resolution for Holman Distribution
Center.
3 . To consider the Bond Resolution for Worldwide Distri-
butors, Inc.
4. To consider the Bond Resolution for Reynolds Aluminum
Company.
5. Approval-' of the minutes of the Special Meeting of
November 18, 1985.
