CERTIFICATE REGARDING DELIVERY OF NOTICE
I, Marie Jensen, Secretary of the City of Kent Economic
Development Corporation (the "Issuer" ) , do hereby certify
that on July 3 , 1985, I gave notice of the special meeting
of July 11, 1985 by the AGENDA attached hereto as Exhibit A,
which I caused to be delivered to Board Members Leahy, Biteman
and Bailey, and caused to be deposited in the United States
mail with the requisite postage thereon, to Board Member
Powers. The Kent News Journal, the only news media request-
ing notice of meetings of the Issuer, was delivered notice
• of the July 11, 1985 meeting on July 3, 1985, attached hereto
as Exhibit B.
