ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
October 6, 2009
Boardmembers Present: Tim Clark, Deborah Ranniger, Debbie Raplee,
Morgan Llewellyn
Officers Present: Secretary Brenda Jacober
Clark called the meeting to order at 3:15 p.m.
Approval of Minutes. Ranniger moved to approve the minutes of the
previous meeting. Llewellyn seconded and the motion carried.
Election of Officers. It was noted that the Board members for next
year will be Councilmembers Ranniger, Raplee and Thomas. Clark
moved to elect the following officers: Raplee as Chair, Ranniger as
Vice-Chair, Paula Barry as Treasurer and Brenda Jacober as Secretary.
Ranniger seconded and the motion carried.
Financial Reuort and Budget. It was noted that the finances are on
target and that there are no concerns. Raplee moved to accept the
financial report. Ranniger seconded and the motion carried.
Other Business. The next regular meeting date was set for 3:00
p.m. on the first Tuesday in September 2010.
Adjournment. The meeting adjourned at 3:18 p.m.
