Orr called the meeting to order at 3 :05 p.m.
Approval of Minutes. Clark moved to approve the minutes of
September 21, 1999. Banister seconded and the motion
carried.
Election of Officers. Banister moved to leave the officers
the same as last year (Judy Woods-Chair, Morgan Llewellyn-
Vice Chair, Brenda Jacober-Secretary and John Hillman-
Treasurer) . Clark seconded and the motion carried.
Financial Report. Hillman distributed copies of the
financial report and noted that there was very little
activity during the year. He explained that the
administrative fees have dropped about $2 , 500 and will
continue to drop as the bond issues go down. He added that
interest amounted to approximately $5, 000 last year and
that expenses remained about the same. Hillman pointed out
that he included a budget forecast in the report showing a
continued drop in administrative fees and interest income,
and showing expenses (charges from the city and liability
insurance for officers) as the same.
Clark moved to accept the financial report and approve the
projected budget for next year. Banister seconded and the
motion carried.
Other Business. There were no other business items to
discuss.
Adjournment. The meeting adjourned at 3 : 10 p.m.
