Motion was seconded by Tian Clark. Kevin O'Neill clarified the recommendation of the Land Use and Planning Board to leave zoning alone and not change it. Page 5 of the staff report dated Oct. 26`h outlined amendments that needed to be made to both the comp plan and zoning code to require residential development in the valley to be of a mixed use configuration. Tim Clark summarized the desired motion to adopt comprehensive plan amendments from the staff report of Oct. 26", numbers 1, 2, and 3 from page 5 and on page 6 the zoning code amendments as listed numbers 1 and 2. Mr. Clark asked Ms. Epperly if that was her desired motion. She responded yes. The motion was seconded by Tim Clark and carried by a vote of 2-1. •
