Chairman Ed Sipe presiding. Members present: Turner, Frazier, Strain, Wieser, Kennedy, Bogard & Anderson. Exofficio members : Wilke Harlan Nelson of Harlan Pelson and .Associates was present. The Board of Adjustments is quite necessary especialltr in a growing City such as Kent as the board vrill relieve the Planning Commission of dealing with all variances end leave the Planning Commission free to plan.
